Our On-Site Facilities

Visual Field Testing

A visual field test is used to determine if you have any blind spots (scotoma) in your field of vision and where they are located.. The size and shape of a scotoma can reveal how an eye disease , or a brain disorder has affected your vision. If you have glaucoma, for example, a visual field test helps show any possible peripheral vision loss you have from the disease. It can also assess how your vision may be limited to eyelid problems.

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

OCT is a non-invasive imaging technique that uses low-coherence light waves to take cross-section pictures of the retina’s distinctive layers in order to map and measure their thickness.

Penatacam Scan

A Penatacam Scan provides data to access the condition of the cornea. A rotating camera takes images of both the anterior (front) and posterior surfaces of the cornea, enabling a physician to diagnose ocular conditions, particularly keratoconus, where the cornea becomes thinner and steeper, causing it to bulge forward due to the pressure of internal fluids inside the eye.

A-Scan Ultrasound Biometry

A-Scan ultrasound biometry is a diagnostic test used to measure various dimensions of the eye in order to select the correct intraocular lens (IOL) for the best results after cataract surgery or refractive lens exchange (RLE).

IOL Master

An IOL Master allows quick and accurate measurements of eye length and surface curvature to determine the IOL power used during cataract lens implantation surgery.

Corneal Topography

This computer-assisted diagnostic tool creates a 3D map of the surface curvature of the cornea to help detect corneal disease or an irregular corneal condition, such as swelling, scarring, abrasions, deformities, or irregular astigmatisms.

B-Scan Ultrasonography

A B-scan, or Brightness scan, provides a two-dimensional, cross-sectional view of the eye, as well as eye structures, such as the lens, choroid, sclera, vitreous, and retina. It is especially helpful in diagnosing retinal detachment.
